Barrios is named after the Barrios family, who is the cornerstone of all A Good Egg Dining Group's restaurants. Juan Barrios was working at Cheever's Cafe in 2000 when the Pauls purchased the business, and he and his nephew Rufino still hold down that concept's kitchen. Ruben and Jose Barrios joined the team in 2002 when Iron Star Urban BBQ opened, and they along with many other family members have been an integral part of the restaurant's success. Juan's son became the grillmaster at RED Primesteak when it opened in 2007. This is a very short list of Barrios family members that have and continue to leave their mark on A Good Egg Dining Group.
