Set inside a renovated 20,000 sq. ft. historic warehouse in the heart of Bricktown, Pearl’s Crabtown feels lively and a little nostalgic, with colorful décor that leans all the way into Mardi Gras energy. It’s casual, fun, and built for groups, celebrations, or just switching things up from your usual dinner rotation.
The menu centers around Cajun-inspired seafood, and no visit really feels complete without one of their signature crab & shrimp boils - dumped straight onto your butcher paper-covered table for the full, hands-on experience. It’s messy in the best way, especially if you’re sharing with a group. Beyond that, the menu is full of Cajun staples like gumbo, jambalaya, oysters, and po’boys. A $5 Hurricane from the Mardi Gras Bar (served in a collector’s cup) helps set the tone, and from there, it’s pretty much guaranteed to be a good time.
