Katiebug's Shaved Ice and Hot Chocolate is a family run OKC food truck operating out of a vintage 1958 Canned Ham Trailer. They specialize in all natural shaved ice when it's warm outside, and hot chocolate and organic artisan marshmallows when it gets cold. Katiebug's goal is to provide their customers with products that they would be happy to serve their own family. No chemicals, dyes, or artificial ingredients.

All of their shaved ice syrups are handcrafted using 100% organic cane sugar, fresh fruit, local herbs, and locally blended teas. They offer unique flavors that you can’t find anywhere else, like hibiscus lemonade, cinnamon roll, or lime with sriracha coconut cream.

In the winter, they serve amazing hot chocolate, made using hormone-free milk, organic cocoa powder, and imported Belgian chocolate. They offer 16 signature marshmallow flavors that are altogether unique.
