This is where it all started. Roxy’s first brick-and-mortar opened in 2015 here in the Plaza District, but the story goes back even further to a single 1969 ice cream truck rolling around OKC back in 2012. Today, this location remains the heart of the operation, where all of Roxy’s small-batch ice cream is made with real ingredients.

Step inside this bright yellow, retro-themed ice cream and soda parlor with painted blue skies on the ceiling, and you’ll find a space that’s playful and inviting. Indoor bar seating and a handful of tables both inside and outdoors let you enjoy a scoop while taking in the sights and sounds of the district. Classic flavors like salted caramel and cookies & cream sit alongside seasonal and limited-edition options - including vegan varieties - while house-made root beer floats, “Dreamsicles” with Roxy’s Orange Cream soda and vanilla ice cream, and ice cream cookie sandwiches showcase what they have to offer.

Signature sundaes like the Donatello (pecan ice cream with hot fudge and caramel, topped with fresh whipped cream, candied pecans, and a cherry) and Mocha Cappuccino (coffee & cream ice cream with hot fudge, cappuccino whipped cream, biscotti, and a cherry) are crowd favorites. Every topping, from cookies to fudge and caramel, is made in-house, ensuring each bite is fresh and flavorful.
