Open since 2002 and named after the notorious Oklahoma outlaw Belle Starr, Iron Star nods to bygone days with its wood floors, exposed brick walls, and warm, old-school atmosphere. The meats are smoked low and slow, the sides are dialed in (we love the fancy mac & cheese and the whole fried okra), and the menu offers a thoughtful spin on Southern classics without losing what makes them satisfying in the first place.
