Owasso, OK 74005
With multiple locations across the state, Bricktown Brewery has built a reputation on doing a few things really well - local beer, crowd-pleasing food, and friendly service. Since opening as a microbrewery in OKC's Bricktown District back in 1992, it’s become a dependable go-to restaurant that fits a lot of different moods. Each location varies a bit in layout, but the overall feel stays consistent: casual, energetic, and built for groups.
The menu sticks to Oklahoma-inspired, from-scratch American comfort food with a few standout signatures. The Bricktown Burger, made with Creekstone Farms Black Angus beef on a Martin potato bun, is a go-to (and worth making a double if you’re hungry). Big Mike’s Meatloaf is another favorite: thick-cut slices of bacon-wrapped meatloaf with chili glaze, mashed potatoes, green beans, and crispy onion strings. You’ll also find artisan pizzas, stacked sandwiches, and oversized salads like “The Best Fried Chicken Salad,” loaded with fried chicken, bacon, apples, and parmesan garlic dressing.
Beer is also big part of the experience here, and their core lineup stays consistent across locations. Regulars tend to rotate between staples like Bluesberry Ale, Old King Kölsch, Bar Hop Hazy IPA, Millie McFadden’s Red Rye Ale, and Wiley’s Blood Orange Wheat—easy to drink and always on tap.
