Tamashii Ramen-Ya in Edmond serves up the same soul-filled bowls of ramen that made the Midtown location a hit, but with a lively, anime-inspired twist. The dining room is typically filled with the sounds from their open-kitchen and features anime shows projected on the walls and dimmed lighting that sets a fun, immersive mood while you enjoy your meal. 

The menu highlights the same careful craftsmanship found at all Tamashii locations: broths are simmered for 10 hours, with the classic tonkotsu ramen being a stand out on the menu for its rich, creamy pork bone broth and melt-in-your-mouth braised pork belly. If you really want to sample the menu, start with takoyaki (crispy octopus dumplings) or hand-rolled pork gyoza, or try shareable favorites like garlic fried rice served in a sizzling skillet or chasudon (braised pork over rice with sweet-savory sauce and truffle mayo). Finish with traditional mochi for dessert.
