01. What did you want to be when you were a kid?
An adult. Go figure. Now as an adult I’d like to be a kid again.
 
02. What was your first job? McDonalds in the mall.

04. What's the best advice you've ever received?
When asked how to achieve success, someone told me “Just keep showing up every day”. That and “you should probably work out if you want to lose weight”.
 
05. How long have you been in business and how did you get started?
Since 2007 on my own, since 2009 as a real company. I decided I wanted to take over the world and thought I probably should first take over a business to gain practice.
 
06. Why do you choose to operate your business in Oklahoma as opposed to somewhere else?
Honestly? Because I live here – makes the operating of a business much easier. : )
 
07. Why do you think its important to keep it local?
It’s great meeting other like-minded business owners that support the same economy that I’m supporting. It also makes you feel more connected to the city you call home.
 
08. What locally owned business (other than your own) could you not live without?
Chirps & Cheers! Vintage Coffee, Trichology, Cupcakes To Go Go
 
09. Our Facebook fans want to know: What is it that sets you apart from the national chains and promotes loyal, repeat customers?
We value and honor each client no matter if they use us once or on a monthly basis. You will always receive a return phone call and email within 24 hours of reaching out to us. Plus it’s pretty cool that we can be “out and about” and run into our clients. If I was a CEO in another city that would be difficult to do.
 
10. Our Twitter followers want to know: What drives you to keep doing what you do?
I have a pretty big vision for The Riley Group. We are in business to first honor God, second to honor our employees and thirdly to honor our clients. We strive to make an impact on not only those we serve but also those who are on our team. We want to be a place where people grow personally & professionally and can see their dreams come true within our organization. We are also on a mission to give people back their Saturdays. Too many people are playing catch up from the week to really enjoy their families, friends and themselves.
