Start with one of their appetizers like the Green Chile Spokes - roasted Anaheim chiles, lightly breaded, flash-fried, and served with Rooster sauce. From there, dive into one of their 14 specialty burgers like the “Mac & Cheese Burger” piled with grilled sweet onion, jalapeños, mac & cheese, bacon, and melted American, or the “Grilled Cheese Burger,” smashed between two grilled cheese sandwiches and loaded with lettuce, tomato, Jamaican relish, bacon, American cheese, and a fried egg. Don’t skip the over-the-top “Groovy Shakes,” which can also be spiked for adults. When the weather’s nice, grab a seat on the covered patio and settle in with a craft beer or cocktail.
