The menu sticks close to traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex staples like quesadillas, carne asada with chimichurri, traditional fajitas or chicken enchiladas, but isn’t afraid to mix things up. The California Burrito, stacked with carne asada, french fries, guacamole, pickled onions, green chiles, and crema is a standout, and the Hot Shrimp Taco brings a little Nashville heat into the mix. Start with something for table like the Stoplight! (REV queso, guacamole, and salsa roja with chips), maybe add a margarita flight, and go from there.
