01. What did you want to be when you were a kid?
According to my mom a restaurant owner, I thought I wanted to be a cowboy.

02. What was your first job?
D&R Drive- in Noble, Oklahoma.

03. What do you like to do in your free time?
Play with my daughter.

04. What's the best advice you've ever received?
Make yourself do the things you don't want to do.

05. How long have you been in business and how did you get started?
We opened Irma's in October 2003, my partners were selling the Prime cuts of No-Name beef but couldn't move the ground beef fast enough.

06. Why do you choose to operate your business in Oklahoma as opposed to somewhere else?
Because I'm a huge Okie, I love living here.

07. Why do you think its important to keep it local?
It helps promote community, I try to buy all I can from people in Oklahoma, I think this is one of the few places where you can still seal a deal on a hand shake.

08. What locally owned business (other than your own) could you not live without?
La Luna, The Metro , The Coach House, Mushashi

09. Our Facebook fans want to know: What is it that sets you apart from the national chains and promotes loyal, repeat customers?
At a time when others are buying a frozen product, I went back to hand cutting fries, breading our own onion rings, we also buy beef from a Oklahoma rancher in Wynnewood, no pesticides or growth hormones.

10. Our Twitter followers want to know: What drives you to keep doing what you do?
I like what a do.
